Our company Plumeria Swimwear wants you to be happy with your purchase. However if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with our merchandise, you can return it for refund, exchange or credit on your Plumeria account unless final sale item. Below you will find frequent asked questions in case of return. Please follow this guideline for successful return.
Items not available for refunds or exchanges for sanitary reasons are Lingerie and swimwear Thongs.
Returns period and Address
- Items must be returned within 14 days from the day you received your order. Keep in mind that all packages returned after 14 days period will be sent back.
- The client is responsible to returning the parcel to our location available on the return form.
Customs and Import Duties
• Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country.
• Plumeria Swimwear ships your package DDU, “duties and taxes unpaid”, and does not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. By law, the package cannot be returned to us unless the client pays Duties and taxes.

Returning items beyond returns period
- In case of return after period mentioned above, company retains the right to exchange merchandise only or sent back. Before we replace item and send it, you will be charged the shipping fee of $25 International applicable to your region and product.
- In case of return for exchange, please note that you will be charged the shipping fee indicated above applicable to your region and product. The usual exchange time is 5-14 days after the item arrived. If you need an urgent exchange please contact our team with your tracking number. email@example.com
Processing returned items
- Once we receive returned item, our Returns Team will inspect it. All returns must be unworn, unwashed, not damaged with all additional materials (like price tag and protection slip). If our Returns Team will determine a mismatch of these requirements, it may lead to a partial refund or company can refuse it. If price tag or protection slip is missing refund is processed 30% less or returned to client. In case we find out that merchandise was worn or product is returned in damaged condition company retains the right not to process it and return it with a $25 fee.
Taking care of our products
- Once you receive your order, you will naturally want to probe swimwear and try it on for size. However as long you are still deciding whether to keep it or not, you are responsible for taking care of our goods. Consequently please make sure to not damage the item and all additional materials (like price tag and protection slip).
Discount codes and refunds
- If you used a discount code for your return, please note that company retains the right to consider this item purchased on sale, therefore we can either offer store credit or exchange it within 14 days after purchase.
Sale items and refunds
- All items in sale section are final no returns or exchanges this doesn’t apply to coupon code purchase
- Items purchased with a coupon code cannot be refunded, if you are not completely happy with it we accept return for exchange. Before we replace item and send it, you will be charged the shipping fee applicable to your region and product.
Refunding delivery charges
- Shipping is non-refundable, except cases when we made a shipping error.
Payment option for refunds and time for processing
- Refunds can only be issued to your original payment method.
- Returns and exchanges are processed within 5-14 business days of package receipt.
- All returns must include Order Number that you received in My Account section

PlumeriaSwimwear.com has one checkout process and two shipping cost, one is International $10 and the other is $25 for express shipping. what we charge you is exactly what the cost is for us . For that reason exchanges will have an extra shipping cost. Please note that all Orders sent by standard shipping usually arrive within 4-7 business days depending on your distance from the boutique. All orders take about 5-7 days processing in our warehouse.

Simply select the FREE SHIPPING option during checkout and your shipping charges will automatically be free. Orders sent by standard shipping usually arrive within 3-5 business days depending on your distance from the boutique. All orders take about 1-3 days processing in our warehouse. Current time is 1-3 days
The shipping charge is exactly what Fedex charges us or lower.
International orders are shipped via usps, DHL, Fedex or UPS and turnaround time depends on the shipping you paid and selected.
YOU WILL NEED TO COVER THE INGOING CUSTOMS COST OR TAXES SHOULD ANY BE INCURRED IN SHIPPING TO YOUR DESTINATION.
PLEASE DO NOT REFUSE ANY DELIVERY. REFUSED DELIVERIES WILL INCUR THE COST OF THE ORIGINAL DELIVERY PLUS THE RETURN COST. ANY REFUND MADE WILL BE MINUS THE TOTAL DELIVERY AND RETURN COSTS IN THE CASE OF REFUSED DELIVERIES.
