How can I pay for my order?
- We currently accept Visa, Amex, Mastercard, Applepay and Paypal. We also have Afterpay enabled for North American residents. We currently do not accept cash on delivery.
I have a question about the shipping process.
My order status says "Cancelled", but I didn't cancel it.- Our checkout process is designed to catch credit card fraud and other various suspicious activity. This problem is generally attributed to a failure of passing our security checks, contact us and we will help you sort this out.
My order status says "Fulfilled", what does this mean?
- This means we have received and processed your payment. At this stage, we have sent your order to the post office and will be exported and on the way to you very soon. Please visit our shipping page for full details on order and shipping scheduling.
I want to change my order, but i've already paid, is it too late?
- Ordered the wrong size? Changed your mind? No problem! You have 1-hour after the order is placed to change or cancel your order. Just email us at info@plumeriaswimwear.com
If it’s too late to cancel an item, don’t worry. You can send back the item for exchange. .
How can I track my order?
- You may track it using our online tracking service directly on our website, here.
What happens if my order is received damaged, defective, or incorrect?
- Sorry that your order hadn’t arrived as it should! Please get in touch with us at info@plumeriaswimwear.com — we’ll take care of you and make this right!
To speed up the process make sure you include:
Your order number and current shipping address
Details of the missing or damaged products
A photo of the damage or the wrong item you received
My tracking shows delivered, but my order has yet to arrive. What can I do?
- In some cases, couriers may mark a package as “Delivered” a few days in advance when it’s still “Out For Delivery”.
- If you haven’t received your package after it has been marked delivered, follow these steps:
- Double-check your shipping address on your order confirmation to ensure that it was shipped to the correct address
- Check your mailbox or anywhere else you receive mail. The postal carrier may have left the package somewhere discreet to prevent it from being stolen
- Check with your neighbour or roommate. They might have accepted the package for you
- Check for a notice of attempted delivery on your tracking link. This will have more information on the next steps you should take to receive your package
- Give it a little more time. Some carriers will scan items as delivered prior to arrival. We suggest waiting 2 business days to account for this. Thanks for your patience!
- If it has already been past 2 business days and your package is still missing, please contact the courier with your tracking number to start a claim and reach out to us at info@plumeriaswimwear.com with your order number to let us know.
My order shows it is being “returned to sender”, what now?
- There are a few reasons an order can be sent back to Plumeria but most often it is due to an undeliverable address (shipping address does not exist, is misspelled or missing information). Other reasons why include the package being unclaimed at the postal office or being refused/returned by the end customer.
What happens if my package is stolen?
- Once your items are shipped, we cannot be liable if they are lost or stolen. If your tracking number shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the courier for more information.
